The global COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the critical importance of organisational resilience and crisis management; but whilst it might be an immediate focus, COVID-19 is just one potential threat which organisations and businesses potentially face. A failure to plan, prepare for ad implement robust resilience cultures and frameworks can potentially be catastrophic.
The Resilience, Security. Crisis and Risk Management webinar course take an integrated approach to resilience, placing it within an organisational and business resilience ecosystem, of which key pillars are security, crisis, emergency, risk and business continuity management. The course focus is on building high performance strategic and operational resilience, risk, security, crisis and business continuity cultures and frameworks, with an emphasis upon pragmatic organisational and business frameworks, tools and techniques.
Who Is This Course For?
The Resilience, Security. Crisis and Risk Management webinar course is designed for ‘C’ suite and senior-level strategic and operational leaders and managers across all functions who are responsible for leading organisational and business resilience, security, crisis, risk and continuity agendas.
The course is suitable for both existing ‘C’ suite and senior-level personnel who wish to refresh or upskill; as well as for recently appointed positions; or potential personnel who have been identified as part of promotion and succession plans and wish to develop new skills and competencies.
What Are The Course Objectives?
There are four main course objectives.
